LIGNEOUS FLAME-RETARDANT BUILDING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant building material which realizes flame retardancy or self-extinguishing properties by blending a constituent resin without use of no flame retardant and is based on a ligneous ABS resin.SOLUTION: A self-extinguishing flame-retardant building material is composed of a ligneous resin molding which contains (A) 15-45 mass% of an ABS resin, (B) 20-40 mass% of a PVC resin and (C) 30-50 mass% of wood powder relative to the total of (A), (B) and (C) of 100 mass% and has deflection temperature under load of 85°C or higher and a burning time of 180 s or less and burning distance of 100 mm or smaller in a flame resistance test by JIS K6911 5.24A. Preferably, the material is an incombustible flame-retardant building material which contains 15-30 mass% of (A), 30-40 mass% of (B) and 40-50 mass% of (C) and has the deflection temperature under load of 85°C or higher, a burning time of 180 s or smaller and burning distance of 25 mm or smaller.
【課題】難燃剤を使用することなく、構成樹脂の配合によって不燃性或いは自己消火性を実現した木質様のABS樹脂を基本とする難燃建築材を提供する。【解決手段】(A)ABS樹脂15〜45質量%、(B)PVC樹脂20〜40質量%、および(C)木粉30〜50質量%〔(A)、(B)および(C)の合計を100質量%とする〕を含んでなる木質様樹脂成形体からなり、荷重たわみ温度が85℃以上であり、JIS K6911 5.24Aに準拠した耐燃性試験において、燃焼時間が180秒以内であり、且つ、燃焼距離が100mm以下である自消性難燃建築材、好適には、(A)15〜30質量%、(B)30〜40質量%、および(C)40〜50質量%を含んでなり、荷重たわみ温度が85℃以上であり、燃焼時間が180秒以内であり、且つ、燃焼距離が25mm以下であることを特徴とする不燃性難燃建築材。【選択図】なし
