WOODY BUILDING MATERIAL, LIGNEOUS UNIT FOR BUILDING, BUILDING AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To provide woody building materials used for a building moveable with a truck, a trailer, and the like or moveable through forming by connecting multiple panels and units at a construction site.SOLUTION: Woody building materials are used for a building by connecting a plurality of woody building materials through a pre-stressed construction method, wherein the woody building material includes laminated lumber, as well as a fiber reinforced resin reinforcement material penetrating through the laminated lumber in a longitudinal direction and at least two metal reinforcement materials in a hollow shape penetrating through the laminated lumbar in the longitudinal direction, the fiber reinforced resin reinforcement material includes a reinforcement fiber and matrix resin oriented in the longitudinal direction, and the at least two of the metal reinforcement materials in the hollow shape are used to accommodate a tendon on which tension is applied to connect a plurality of woody building material through the pre-stressed construction method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明の課題は、トラックやトレーラー等で移動可能な、パネルまたはユニットを建設現場で複数連結して作ることで移動可能な建物に用いられる木質建材を提供することにある。【解決手段】複数の木質建材をプレストレス工法で連結して建物とするために用いられる木質建材であって、前記木質建材は、集成材、ならびに前記集成材の長手方向を貫通する繊維強化樹脂製補強材および前記集成材の長手方向を貫通する少なくとも2つの金属製中空管状補強材を含み、前記繊維強化樹脂製補強材は、その長手方向に配向した補強繊維およびマトリクス樹脂からなり、前記金属製中空管状補強材の少なくとも二つは、複数の木質建材をプレストレス工法で連結するために張力を掛けられた緊張材を収容するために用いられることを特徴とする、木質建材。【選択図】図1
