SLIDING BEARING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sliding bearing structure whose supporting force of sliding bearing can be prevented from degrading even when a fire occurs after an earthquake.SOLUTION: Seismically isolated structure 10 includes a foundation 20, an elastically deformable seismic isolator 30 slidably provided on the foundation 20, and a building body 40 provided on the seismic isolator 30. The seismically isolated structure 10 further includes a lower extended portion 50 with fireproof performance upwardly extending from the foundation 20 and reaching a position separated from the seismic isolator 30 to the side portion, and an upper extended portion 60 with fireproof performance downwardly extending from the building body 40 and reaching an upper end surface of the lower extended portion 50.
【課題】地震後に火災が発生した場合でも、すべり支承の支持力が低下するのを防止できるすべり支承構造を提供すること。【解決手段】免震構造10は、基礎20と、この基礎20の上に摺動可能に設けられた弾性変形可能な免震装置30と、この免震装置30の上に設けられた建物本体40と、を備える。基礎20から上方に延出して免震装置30から側方に離れた位置に至る、耐火性能を有する下側延出部50と、建物本体40から下方に延出して下側延出部50の上端面に至る、耐火性能を有する上側延出部60と、を備える。【選択図】図1
