WATER OPERATION SUPPORT DEVICE, WATER OPERATION SUPPORT METHOD, AND PROGRAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water operation support device, a water operation support method, and a program that can reduce the maintenance costs of equipment and the management costs of operation dealers.SOLUTION: A water operation support device as an embodiment of the present invention has a planned value acquisition part, an actual value acquisition part, a priority determination part, and a control designation part. The planned value acquisition part acquires an inflow planned value and a water level planned value of each distribution reservoir in every first period. The actual value acquisition part acquires a water level actual value of each distribution reservoir in every second period shorter than the first period. The priority determination part determines priority of inflow control over each distribution reservoir based upon the inflow planned value on the basis of a difference in water level planned value from temporal variation in inflow planned value and the water level actual value in every second period. The control designation part designates inflow control over reach distribution reservoir based upon the inflow planned value according to the priority that the priority determination part determines.
【課題】機器の保守コストや運用事業者の管理コストを低減することができる水運用支援装置、水運用支援方法、およびプログラムを提供することである。【解決手段】実施形態の水運用支援装置は、計画値取得部と、実測値取得部と、優先度判定部と、制御指示部とを持つ。計画値取得部は、各配水池の流入量計画値と水位計画値を第１の周期毎に取得する。実測値取得部は、各配水池の水位実測値を前記第１の周期よりも短い第２の周期毎に取得する。優先度判定部は、前記流入量計画値に基づく各配水池の流入量制御の優先度を、前記第２の周期毎に前記流入量計画値の時間変化と前記水位実測値から前記水位計画値の差分とに基づいて定める。制御指示部は、前記流入量計画値に基づく各配水池の流入量制御を、前記優先度判定部が判定した優先度に基づいて指示する。【選択図】図１
