BEARING WALL INSTALLATION STRUCTURE IN STEEL FRAME BUILDING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing wall installation structure capable of reducing reaction acting on a foundation and an anchor bolt in an installation place of a bearing wall, and to provide a constitution having a spindle type history loop to a quake in high strength and high rigidity even in the bearing wall narrow in a width.SOLUTION: A bearing wall installation structure is applied to a steel frame building structure of using a bearing wall frame 1 for joining a horizontal frame material 7 of becoming a strength element between a pair of vertical frame materials 5 and 6. Among the pair of vertical frame materials 5 and 6 of the bearing wall frame 1, one vertical frame material 5 is formed as a column joined at the lower end to a foundation 3. Another one vertical frame material 6 is not joined at the lower end to the foundation 3. The upper end of the respective vertical frame materials 5 and 6 is joined to a beam 2.
【課題】 耐力壁の設置箇所において、基礎やアンカーボルトに作用する反力を小さくすることができる耐力壁設置構造を提供する。幅が狭い耐力壁であっても、高耐力、高剛性で、かつ震動に対する紡錘型の履歴ループを有する構成とする。【解決手段】 一対の縦フレーム材5,6の間に耐力要素となる横スフレーム材7が接合された耐力壁フレーム1を用いた鉄骨造建築物に適用する。耐力壁フレーム1の一対の縦フレーム材5,6のうちの一方の縦フレーム材5を、下端が基礎3と接合された柱とする。もう一方の縦フレーム材6は、下端が基礎3に非接合とする。各縦フレーム材5,6の上端は梁2に接合する。【選択図】 図1
