METHOD FOR REPAIRING EXISTING DRAIN PIPE AND MEDICINE EJECTING DEVICE TO BE USED TO REPAIR EXISTING DRAIN PIPE
To provide a repair method capable of repairing water leakage or the like from an existing drain pipe from a lower story side with excellent workability.SOLUTION: A method for repairing an existing drain pipe includes the steps of: preparing a medicine injecting device including an outer cylinder with a medicine injection port at a tip and a pusher inserted into the inside of the outer cylinder; inserting a repairing short pipe to stay at an outer periphery of the outer cylinder; inserting the medicine injecting device with the repairing short pipe inserted into the outer cylinder into a cut existing drain pipe; making medicine stay in a space of a tip side of the outer cylinder formed by extracting the pusher from the outer cylinder in the direction of a rear end; applying the medicine to a gap formed between the existing drain pipe and the repairing short pipe by injecting the medicine from the medicine injection port by pushing the pusher in the direction of the tip to the outer cylinder with the medicine staying; and removing the medicine injecting device from the existing drain pipe after applying the medicine to the gap. The method for repairing the existing drain pipe with the medicine being a liquid-state water cutoff agent is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】既設排水管からの漏水等を下階側から作業性良く補修できる補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】既設排水管の補修方法であって、薬剤吐出口を先端に備えた外筒と外筒の内部に挿入された押し子とを備える薬剤吐出装置を準備する工程と、外筒の外周に補修用短管を挿通させてとどめさせる工程と、切断された既設排水管に、外筒に補修用短管を挿通させてとどめさせた状態の薬剤吐出装置を挿入する工程と、外筒から押し子を後端の方向に引き出して形成される外筒の先端側の空間に薬剤を貯留させる工程と、薬剤を貯留させた外筒に対して、押し子を先端の方向に押し込むことにより、薬剤吐出口から薬剤を吐出させることにより、既設排水管と補修用短管との間に形成された隙間に薬剤を塗布する工程と、隙間に薬剤を塗布した後、薬剤吐出装置を既設排水管から取り外す工程と、を備え、薬剤が、液状の止水剤である既設排水管の補修方法を用いる。【選択図】図４
