METHOD OF REPAIRING PIPE BODY AND EXISTING PIPE
To provide a method capable of repairing a pipe body or a to-be-repaired pipe providing high strength using simple mechanical equipment regardless of an internal diameter dimension of an existing pipe.SOLUTION: A method of repairing a pipe of this invention includes cutting an inner face of an inside pipe 3 in a predetermined thickness with respect to an existing pipe 1A as a sewage pipe 10, the existing pipe being provided with the inside pipe 3 made of concrete disposed inside an outer pipe 2 made of steel. An inner pipe 15 made of concrete or steel is disposed on an inner peripheral side of the inside pipe 3 and by filling a gap between the inside pipe 3 and the inner pipe 15 with mortar that is solidified to be a solidified material layer 16, the inside pipe is integrated with the inner pipe. An inner face 15a of the inner pipe 15 can be repaired to the same inner diameter as the inner diameter of the existing pipe 1A. Accordingly, the sewage pipe 10 whose existing pipe 1A has been repaired can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】既設管の内径寸法に関わらず、簡単な機械設備を用いて高強度に管体または補修管を補修できる。【解決手段】下水道管10は、鋼製の外管2の内側にコンクリート製の内側管3を設けた既設管1Aにおいて、内側管3の内面を所定の厚みで切削する。内側管3の内周側にコンクリート製または鋼製の内管15を配設し、内側管3と内管15との間の間隙にモルタルを充填して固化した固化材層16によって一体化した。内管15の内面15aは切削前の既設管1Aと同一内径に補修できる。これによって既設管1Aを補修した下水道管10を得られる。【選択図】図2
