SOLAR BATTERY PANEL INSTALLATION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for installing a solar battery panel on a seam type folded-plate roof, for reducing weight and a production cost, by reducing a workload of a constructor.SOLUTION: A solar battery panel installation device comprises a first sandwiching member 2 and a second sandwiching member 4 for sandwiching a seam part from opposed both sides, a panel push-stop member 10 for push-stopping in a state of allowing a solar battery panel to abut on the sandwiching member, a horizontal penetration bolt 26 of penetrating in the horizontal direction through a side surface of the sandwiching member, a horizontal penetration bolt-use nut 28 welded-fixed in an outside surface of the sandwiching member, a vertical penetration bolt 32 of penetrating in the vertical direction through the sandwiching member and the panel push-stop member and a vertical penetration bolt-use nut 36, and a lower end part 34 of the vertical penetration bolt is welded-fixed in the vicinity of a through-hole of the sandwiching member, and a second sandwiching member through-hole 38 of the vertical penetration bolt forms a long angular round rectangular shape in the same direction as the penetration direction of the horizontal penetration bolt.
【課題】施工者の作業負担を軽減し、軽量化・生産コストの削減を図るハゼ式折板屋根上に太陽電池パネルを設置するための装置を提供する。【解決手段】ハゼ部を対向する両側から挟み込む第1挟み込み部材2及び第2挟み込み部材4と、挟み込み部材に太陽電池パネルを当接させた状態で押止するためのパネル押止部材10と、挟み込み部材の側面を横方向に貫通する横貫通ボルト26と、挟み込み部材の外側面において溶接固定される横貫通ボルト用ナット28と、挟み込み部材及びパネル押止部材を上下方向に貫通する縦貫通ボルト32と、縦貫通ボルト用ナット36と、を有し、縦貫通ボルトの下端部34が、挟み込み部材の貫通孔付近において溶接固定され、縦貫通ボルトの第2挟み込み部材貫通孔38が横貫通ボルトの貫通方向と同じ向きに長い角丸長方形を成す。【選択図】図9
