SOLAR BATTERY PANEL INSTALLATION STRUCTURE AND FIXTURE THEREOF
To provide a solar battery panel installation structure reducing load on a fixing part of a member for fixing a solar battery panel between a roof plate and itself to achieve a strong fixing state therebetween.SOLUTION: A solar battery panel installation structure for fixing solar battery panels 21 on a roof panel 11, which is a corrugated slate with crest parts 12 and trough parts 13, is provided with fixing parts 35 bonded and fixed on the roof panel 11 and body members 32 having bolt holding parts 36 erected upward from the fixing parts 35, all of which are placed on an upper surface of the roof panel 11. The solar battery panels 21 are placed side by side and spread between bolt holding parts 36 of the body members 32 and the solar battery panels 21 are placed on top surfaces of the crest parts 12 directly so that weight of the solar panels 21 is supported on the roof plate 11. Pressing members 33 are tightened with bolts 34 on the bolt holding parts 36 to press edge parts of the solar battery panels 21 downward to clamp the solar battery panels between the roof plate 11 and the pressing members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】太陽電池パネルを固定するための部材における屋根板との固定部位にかかる荷重を低減して、強固な固定状態を得る。【解決手段】屋根板11の上に太陽電池パネル21を固定する太陽電池パネル設置構造において、屋根板11が山部12と谷部13を有する波形スレートであり、屋根板11の上面に、屋根板11に対して接着固定される固定部35と、固定部35から上方に立設されたボルト保持部36を有する本体部材32を配設する。太陽電池パネル21を本体部材32のボルト保持部36間に敷き詰めるように並べるとともに、太陽電池パネル21を山部12の頂面に直接載置して、太陽電池パネル21の荷重を屋根板11に支持させる。ボルト保持部36に対して押さえ部材33をボルト34で締め付けて、太陽電池パネル21の縁部を下方へ押さえつけて、屋根板11との間に挟持する。【選択図】図1
