SOLAR BATTERY PANEL SUPPORTING FIXTURE, INSTALLATION STRUCTURE, AND INSTALLATION METHOD
To allow easy installation of a solar battery panel to a rooftop, a flat roof, a paved surface or the like.SOLUTION: A solar battery panel supporting fixture 13 is used in which a receiving piece 31 for supporting a solar battery panel 12 in an inclined orientation is formed on an upper end of a standing piece 32. The receiving piece 31 of the solar battery panel supporting fixture 13 has a supporting plate portion 34 which is fixed to a rear surface of the solar battery panel 12, and the standing piece 32 is provided so as to extend down from an end of the supporting plate portion 34. At a lower end of the standing piece 32, a grounding piece 33 which is fixed to an installation surface 14 is provided so as to extend toward a direction corresponding to an inner side of the solar battery panel 12. A lower surface of the grounding piece 33 is an attachment surface where the grounding piece 33 is fixed with an adhesive agent 15. The receiving piece 31 of the solar battery panel supporting fixture 13 is fixed to the rear surface of the solar battery panel 12, and then, the grounding piece 33 is attached and fixed on the adhesive agent 15 applied to the installation surface 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】屋上や陸屋根、舗装表面などの設置面に対して手軽に太陽電池パネルの設置ができるようにする。【解決手段】太陽電池パネル12を傾けた姿勢で支える受け片31が立設片32の上端に形成された太陽電池パネル支持金具13を用いる。太陽電池パネル支持金具13の受け片31は、太陽電池パネル12の裏面に固定される支持板部34を有し、支持板部34の端から立設片32を垂設している。立設片32の下端には、設置面14に対して固定される接地片33が太陽電池パネル12の内側に対応する方向に向けて延設されており、接地片33の下面を接着剤15で固定される接着面としている。このような太陽電池パネル支持金具13の受け片31を太陽電池パネル12の裏面に固定したのち、設置面14に塗布した接着剤15の上に接地片33を接着固定する。【選択図】図1
