METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR RECOVERING HEAT OF SLAG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for recovering heat of slag, in each of which the heat of slag can be recovered in high efficiency and high-quality solidified slag can be obtained.SOLUTION: When heat is recovered, in a heat recovery unit 15, from the molten slag M to be generated in a blast furnace, the molten slag M is solidified to obtain the solidified slag S of 5 mm or larger thickness, the obtained solidified slag S is charged into the heat recovery unit 15 to form a packed layer therein, and the heat is recovered. When the solidified slag S is charged into the heat recovery unit 15, a carbonaceous material C is charged while being mixed with the slag to form a mixture-packed part of the partially-solidified slag S with the carbonaceous material C in the upper part of the packed layer. Meanwhile, heat recovery gas containing at least one of carbon dioxide and water is sent to the packed layer of the heat recovery unit 15 at the gas velocity lower than the minimum fluidization start gas velocity Uof the packed layer so that the heat of the solidified slag S is recovered through the heat recovery gas Gand the carbonaceous material C is reformed into combustible gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】スラグの熱回収を高効率に行うことができ、かつ高品質の凝固スラグを得ることができるスラグの熱回収方法および熱回収システムを提供する。【解決手段】高炉において発生する溶融スラグMから熱を回収するに当たり、溶融スラグMを厚さ5mm以上で凝固させて凝固スラグSとし、次いで凝固スラグSを熱回収装置15に装入して充填層を形成した後に熱回収を行う装置15において、熱回収装置15へのスラグ装入時に炭材Cを混合装入して充填層の上部に部分的に凝固スラグSと炭材Cとの混合充填部を形成するとともに、熱回収装置15の充填層に、二酸化炭素および水の少なくとも一方を含む熱回収ガスを、充填層の流動化開始ガス速度Umf未満で送風することにより、熱回収ガスG0を介して凝固スラグSの熱を回収するとともに、炭材Cを可燃性ガスに改質することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
