PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize incineration ash and cement kiln dust while suppressing equipment cost and chemical cost and reducing influence to a cement production facility.SOLUTION: A treating apparatus 1 of incineration ash and cement kiln dust, comprises: a first agitation vessel 2 for mixing and agitating an organic solvent and a crown ether; a second agitation vessel 3 for mixing and agitating a mixture M1 from the first agitation vessel and incineration ash A and/or cement kiln dust; a filtration device 4 for filtering a mixture M2 from the second agitation vessel; a distillation device 5 for distilling a filtrate from the filtration device; and a route for returning a distillate D1 from the distillation device to the first agitation vessel. A residue R1 obtained by filtration is distilled, a distillate D2 after distillation is reutilized by being added to a mixture of the organic solvent and the crown ether. Thereby, a residue R3 after distillation can be utilized as a cement raw material.
【課題】設備コストや薬剤コストを低く抑え、セメント製造設備に与える影響を小さくしながら焼却灰やセメントキルンダストを有効利用する。【解決手段】有機溶媒とクラウンエーテルを混合して撹拌する第1撹拌槽2と、第1撹拌槽からの混合物M1と、焼却灰A又は/及びセメントキルンダストを混合して撹拌する第2撹拌槽3と、第2撹拌槽からの混合物M2をろ過するろ過装置4と、ろ過装置からのろ液を蒸留する蒸留装置5と、蒸留装置の蒸留液D1を第1撹拌槽へ戻すルートとを備える焼却灰・セメントキルンダストの処理装置1。ろ過によって得られた残渣R1を蒸留し、蒸留後の蒸留液D2を有機溶媒とクラウンエーテルの混合物に加えて再利用し、蒸留後の残渣R3をセメント原料として利用することができる。【選択図】図1
