APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR TREATING CEMENT KILN EXHAUST GAS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for treating cement kiln exhaust gas, in each of which the cement kiln exhaust gas is treated efficiently at a low cost while effectively utilizing heat energy of eco-cement kiln exhaust gas.SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for treating cement kiln exhaust gas includes: a heat recovery unit (a boiler) 4 for recovering heat from exhaust gas G1 of an eco-cement kiln 2; a reheating unit 7 for reheating exhaust gas G2 of the heat recovery unit; a catalyst unit 8 for removing harmful substances in the reheated exhaust gas G5; and a wet type dust collection unit (a wet type scrubber) 9 for collecting dust in exhaust gas G6 of the catalyst unit. The apparatus 1 for treating cement kiln exhaust gas can further include: another dust collection unit 6 which is arranged between the heat recovery unit and the reheating unit and used for collecting dust in the exhaust gas G2 of the heat recovery unit and supplying the dust-removed exhaust gas G4 to the reheating unit and can furthermore include a sorting unit (a cyclone) 5 for separating the exhaust gas G2 discharged from the heat recovery unit into coarse powder C and fine powder-containing gas G3 and supplying the fine powder-containing gas to the dust collection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
