METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING CEMENT KILN EXTRACTION GAS
To provide a method and an apparatus for treating cement kiln extraction gas which can desulfurize chlorine bypass exhaust gas discharged from a chlorine bypass system of a cement kiln facility with high efficiency with a simple facility that is easily attached to an existing cement kiln facility.SOLUTION: A method for treating cement kiln extraction gas extracts partial combustion gas from a kiln exhaust gas flow channel 30 reaching from an end 11a of a cement kiln 11 in a cement kiln facility to a lowermost stage cyclone 20a of a preheater 20, and removes chlorine from the extraction gas G1 and desulfurizes the extraction gas. The method introduces extraction gas G3 after the chlorine is removed into a gas sending pipe 8, sprays a desulfurizing agent slurry S toward the extraction gas G3 flowing through the gas sending pipe 8, and desulfurizes the extraction gas G3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セメントキルン設備の塩素バイパスシステムから排出される塩素バイパス排ガスを、既存のセメントキルン設備に付設し易い簡易な設備で、高効率に脱硫することを可能にする、セメントキルン抽気ガスの処理方法及びその処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】セメントキルン設備におけるセメントキルン11の窯尻11aからプレヒータ20の最下段サイクロン20aに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路30から燃焼ガスの一部を抽気し、該抽気ガスG1から塩素を除去したうえ脱硫を行う、セメントキルン抽気ガスの処理方法であって、前記塩素を除去した後の該抽気ガスG3を送気管8に導入し、その送気管8内を流れる該抽気ガスG3に向けて脱硫剤スラリーSを吹きかけて、該抽気ガスG3の脱硫を行うものである。【選択図】図1
