PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive sheet for building material, which can provide a building material that does not cause warping, distortion and the like of a structure.SOLUTION: The sheet for building material comprises at least: a paper layer; a coating layer containing a polyester polyol (A) and a polyisocyanate compound (B); and a printed layer with ink, where the polyester polyol is one containing a reaction product of an acid component containing an ortho-oriented aromatic dicarboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof as an essential component and a polyhydric alcohol.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 構造物のそり、ゆがみ等の不具合が発生しない建材を提供することのできる、安価な建材用シートの提供。【解決手段】 少なくとも、紙層、ポリエステルポリオール（Ａ）とポリイソシアネート化合物（Ｂ）とを含有するコート層、及びインキによる印刷層を有し、ポリエステルポリオール（Ａ）が、オルト配向芳香族ジカルボン酸又はその酸無水物を必須の成分とする酸成分と多価アルコールとの反応物を含有するポリエステルポリオールである、建材用シートによる。【選択図】 図１
