GROUND IMPROVEMENT MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement machine in which a lower swing stopper does not wear by a corner part of a rod and a mud removing mechanism is not necessarily provided separately, even when a stirring rod is used which has a polygonal cross-section over the entire length thereof.SOLUTION: In a ground improvement machine, a guide member 17 is attached to a stirring rod 7, the guide member having an outer side of a circular shape and an inner side of a polygonal shape that corresponds to an outer shape of the stirring rod 7 and in which the stirring rod 7 is slidable in an axial direction. A lower swing stopper comprises a pair of left and right arms 26 provided in a bracket of a leader so as to be freely opened/closed. The left and right arms 26 respectively include: recessed parts 26a of a semi-circular shape on the opposing surfaces of both of the arms; flanges 26b, 26c protruding toward the inner peripheral side of the recessed parts on upper and lower parts of both of the arms; and guide grooves 27 for housing the guide member 17 in a rotatable manner with the recessed parts 26a and the upper and lower flanges 26b, 26c, when both of the arms 26 are closed.
【課題】全長に亘って断面多角形状の撹拌ロッドを用いた場合でも、下部振れ止めがロッドの角部で摩耗することがなく、泥落とし機構を別途設ける必要がない地盤改良機を提供する。【解決手段】撹拌ロッド7に、外側を円形とし、内側を撹拌ロッド7の外形に対応し、撹拌ロッド7が軸方向に摺動可能な多角形状とした円筒状のガイド部材17を取り付け、下部振れ止めは、リーダのブラケットに開閉可能に設けられた左右一対のアーム26を有し、両アームの対向面にそれぞれ半円弧状の凹部26aを設けるとともに、両アーム26の上下に凹部内周側に突出する鍔26b,26cを設け、両アーム26が閉じたときに、凹部26aと上下の鍔26b,26cとにより、ガイド部材17を回転可能に収容するガイド溝27を形成している。【選択図】図2
