To provide a ground improvement machine capable of stopping rotation of a free rotation blade preventing corotation of excavated soil and the like with a tip thereof not projecting outside of an excavation diameter circle which is traced by a tip of an excavation blade upon rotation of an excavation shaft in a plan view as well as, even when descent of the free rotation blade stopped to rotate is stopped by a stone right therebelow, easily making the free rotation blade escape upon stopping the descent and the like.SOLUTION: A ground improvement machine 200 is provided with a rotation stop member 160 vertically moving with an excavation shaft 10 without rotating around the excavation shaft 10 inside of an excavation diameter circle Ke in a plan view and stopping rotation of a free rotation blade 30 around the excavation shaft by a specific part S of itself, which is configured to allow the free rotation blade 30 to rotate within a range of a specific rotation angle α from a rotation stopped state around the excavation shaft. Even when the free rotation blade 30 hits a stone right therebelow, rotation within the specific angle α is allowed so as to easily escape from crush thereon, which makes an excavation progress easier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】掘削土等の共回り防止翼である回転自由翼を、その先端が、平面視、掘削軸の回転によって掘削翼の先端が描く円である掘削径円の外側に突出しない長さとしつつ、その回転自由翼の回転を止め得るだけでなく、回転が止められている回転自由翼がその直下の石にて、その下降停止等となる場合でも、その下降停止等から逃れ易くした地盤改良機を提供する。【解決手段】地盤改良機２００は、平面視、掘削径円Ｋｅの内側で、掘削軸１０回りに回転することなく掘削軸１０と共に上下動して、自身の所定部位Ｓによって、回転自由翼３０が掘削軸回りに回転するのを止める回転止め部材１６０を、回転自由翼３０が回転停止状態から掘削軸回りに所定の回転角度αの範囲内で回転するのを許容する構成で備えたものとした。回転自由翼３０が直下の石に当たっても、所定の回転角度αの回転が許容されているから、その衝突から逃げ易く、その分、掘削の進行を図り易い。【選択図】図６
