PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently inhibit decrease in flowability of a cement composition comprising cement clinker even when AlOcontent in the cement clinker is relatively high.SOLUTION: The cement clinker according to the present invention comprises AlOof 6.0 mass% or more and 8.0 mass% or less, SOof 0.7 mass% or more and 2.2 mass% or less, and F of 0.01 mass% or more and 0.3 mass% or less, wherein the AlOcontent (mass%), the SOcontent (mass%), and the F content (mass%) satisfy the following formula 1: AlOcontent≤αSOcontent+β (where, α=10.3×F content+1.3, β=γ×F content+δ, γ=-13.0, δ=5.2)
