PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building ventilation structure capable of curbing construction and running costs.SOLUTION: A building ventilation structure 1 comprises a bay window 11 provided with: a ventilation passage 2 which has a double skin structure made up of an outer surface section 21 and an inner surface section 22; an external air introduction section 3 which introduces external air into the ventilation passage 2; an exhaust section 4 which exhausts the external air introduced into the ventilation passage 2; and a natural ventilation passage 5 which is communicated with the exhaust section 4. A bay window roof 12 having a width wider than the bay-window 11 is installed at an upper section of the bay window 11. The natural ventilation passage 5 is installed on the bay window roof 12.
【課題】施工コストおよびランニングコストを抑制できる建物換気構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物換気構造１は、外側面部２１と内側面部２２とからなるダブルスキン構造の換気路２と、外気を上記換気路２に取り込む外気導入部３と、上記換気路２内に取り込んだ外気を排出する排出部４と、上記排出部４に連通された自然通風路５とを、建物の出窓１１に備えている。上記出窓１１の上部には当該出窓１１の幅よりも広い幅を有する出窓屋根１２が設けられている。上記自然通風路５は上記出窓屋根１２に設けられている。【選択図】図１
