PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building ventilation structure capable of curbing construction and running costs.SOLUTION: A building ventilation structure 1 comprises a bay window 11 provided with: a ventilation passage 2 which has a double skin structure made up of an outer surface section 21 and an inner surface section 22; an external air introduction section 3 which introduces external air into the ventilation passage 2; an exhaust section 4 which exhausts the external air introduced into the ventilation passage 2; and a natural ventilation passage 5 which is communicated with the exhaust section 4. A bay window roof 12 having a width wider than the bay-window 11 is installed at an upper section of the bay window 11. The natural ventilation passage 5 is installed on the bay window roof 12.
【課題】施工コストおよびランニングコストを抑制できる建物換気構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物換気構造1は、外側面部21と内側面部22とからなるダブルスキン構造の換気路2と、外気を上記換気路2に取り込む外気導入部3と、上記換気路2内に取り込んだ外気を排出する排出部4と、上記排出部4に連通された自然通風路5とを、建物の出窓11に備えている。上記出窓11の上部には当該出窓11の幅よりも広い幅を有する出窓屋根12が設けられている。上記自然通風路5は上記出窓屋根12に設けられている。【選択図】図1
