To provide a building ventilation structure which allows easy construction of ventilation paths on an installation surface of a building.SOLUTION: A building ventilation structure of the present invention comprises: a base portion which is fixed to an installation surface in a building, and has a plurality of base side convex portions which are convex from an opposite side surface opposite to a surface facing the installation surface side; and a ventilation path constitution portion which has a base side superimposition area which covers the base portion and superimposes on the base portion, and an installation surface side superimposition area which covers the installation surface and superimposes on the installation surface, and has a plurality of ventilation path constitution side convex portions which are convex toward the base portion and the installation surface in the base side superimposition area and the installation surface side superimposition area, respectively. And the ventilation path constitution side convex portions are located in an area adjacent to the base side convex portions in the base side superimposition area, and contacts the installation surface to form a ventilation path between the installation surface and the ventilation path constitution portion, in the installation surface side superimposition area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
