PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piece of furniture for a passage, a piece of furniture that excels in usefulness in a long term point of view and that has high versatile applicability applicable to various passages inside a building, and to provide a structure of a room in which the piece of furniture for a passage is arranged.SOLUTION: A piece of furniture 10 for a passage is installed around a passage 4 connecting one region 2 and the other region 3, blocking the passage as necessary. The piece of furniture includes: a housing part 11 that is arranged around the passage 4; and a furniture body 12 that is housed freely retractably between the housing part 11 and the passage 4. At least one of the housing part 11 and the furniture body 12 is provided with storage parts 11a, 12a for the purpose of storing articles B1, B2.
【課題】長期的な観点に立った場合における有用性に優れ、建物内の種々の通路に適用できる汎用性の高い通路用家具と、その通路用家具が配置された部屋の構造を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】一方の領域２と他方の領域３とを結ぶ通路４の周囲に設置され、必要に応じて当該通路４を塞ぐ通路用家具１０が、通路４の周囲に配置される収容部１１と、収容部１１に対して、当該収容部１１と通路４との間で出し入れ自在に収容される家具本体１２と、を備える。そして、収容部１１と家具本体１２のうち少なくとも一方は、物品Ｂ１，Ｂ２を収納するための収納部１１ａ，１２ａを有する。【選択図】図１
