To ensure privacy when using unit furniture and improve easiness to use.SOLUTION: In a room 1 structure in which a room space RS is formed with a floor 2, walls 3, 4, 5, and a ceiling 6, and unit furniture 10 is placed on the floor 2, the unit furniture 10 includes a floor unit 11 arranged above a part of the floor 2, and multiple leg units 12, 13 supporting the floor unit 11, a lower space 10a is formed between the floor unit 11 and the floor 2, and an upper space 10b is formed between the floor unit 11 and the ceiling 6, on at least one of the floor 2, walls 3, 4, 5, and ceiling 6, partitions 200, 210, 220, 230 are provided for separating at least one of the lower space 10a and the upper space 10b from the room space RS.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
