To improve usability of unit furniture.SOLUTION: In a room structure in which a room space RS is formed with at least floor 2 and walls 3 to 5, and unit furniture 10 is installed on the floor 2, the unit furniture 10 comprises: a floor unit 11 disposed above a part of floor 2; and leg units 12 and 13 supporting the floor unit 11. A lower space 10a is formed between the floor unit 11 and the floor 2. An opening 7 for entering and leaving the room space RS and its exterior is formed in the wall 4. And the lower space 10a is located adjacent to the opening 7 for entering and leaving.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
【課題】ユニット家具の使い勝手の良さを向上することを目的とする。【解決手段】床２と壁３～５とを少なくとも備えて部屋空間ＲＳが形成され、かつ、床２上にユニット家具１０が据え置かれて設けられる部屋構造において、ユニット家具１０は、床２の一部の上方に配置される床ユニット１１と、床ユニット１１を支持する脚ユニット１２，１３と、を備えて、床ユニット１１と床２との間に下側空間１０ａが形成されており、壁４には、部屋空間ＲＳとその外部とを連通する出入り用開口部７が形成されており、下側空間１０ａは、出入り用開口部７と隣接して配置されている。【選択図】図１７
