To provide an underground structure, a method for constructing the underground structure, and a jig for constructing the underground structure, which can further improve pull-out resistance and sedimentation resistance.SOLUTION: An underground structure 10 includes a hollow cylindrical pile 11 and a reinforcing member 12 that is disposed inside the pile 11 and has an expansion mechanism that is expandable in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the pile 11 extends. The pile 11 has a pair of protrusions 30 that are pushed outward toward the outside of the pile 11 from a base end 30a by the reinforcing member 12 in an expanded state. A tip 30b of the protrusion 30 is separated from the pile 11. The reinforcing member 12 is located above or below the base end 30a in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
