PIPE-DRIVING CAP OF STEEL PIPE DRIVER AND DRIVING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe-driving cap of a steel pipe driver and a driving construction method using the same in which deformation to both of inside and outside in the radial direction of a steel pipe pile due to the strike of a hammer is reliably prevented to eliminate the need for restoration of the upper end of the steel pipe pile, and thereby a splicing joint can quickly be mounted.SOLUTION: When a steel pipe pile W is driven into the ground, an inside restrainer 2, which formed in an outer diameter configured such that a gap to suppress the deformation to the inside in the radial direction of the steel pipe pile W due to the strike of a hammer in less than an elastic critical point may exist to an inner diameter of the steel pipe pile W, is inserted from the upper part, and thereby the upper end of the steel pipe pile W is restricted to disable plastic deformation to the inside in the radial direction. Alternatively, an ended annular outside restrainer 3, which is formed in an inner diameter configured such that the gap to suppress the deformation to the inside in the radial direction of the steel pipe pile W due to the strike of the hammer in less than the elastic critical point may exist to an outer diameter of the steel pipe pile W, is fastened so that fastening seats projected to the outside in the radial direction may come close to each other from one side end and the other side end in the circumferential direction, respectively, and thereby the upper end of the steel pipe pile W is restricted to disable plastic deformation to the outside in the radial direction.
【課題】ハンマの打撃による鋼管杭の半径方向内外双方への変形を確実に防止し、鋼管杭の上端部の修復を不要にして継ぎジョイントを迅速に装着できる鋼管杭打ち装置の打ち込み用キャップ及びこれを用いた打ち込み工法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管杭Wを土中に打ち込む際にハンマの打撃による鋼管杭Wの半径方向内方への変形を弾性限界点未満に抑える空隙を鋼管杭Wの内径に対して存するような外径に形成した内方拘束具2を上方から挿通して鋼管杭Wの上端部を半径方向内方へ塑性変形不能に拘束する一方、ハンマの打撃による鋼管杭Wの半径方向外方への変形を弾性限界点未満に抑える空隙を鋼管杭Wの外径に対して存するような内径に形成した有端環状の外方拘束具3を、その周方向一側端及び他側端からそれぞれ半径方向外方へ突出する締め付け座を互いに接近させるように締結して、鋼管杭Wの上端部を半径方向外方へ塑性変形不能に拘束する。【選択図】図2
