PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of an attachment laying type block for guiding a visually impaired person, stability thereof after laying, durability thereof, the property of making a shape follow a road surface, and the like.SOLUTION: A block for guiding a visually impaired person has a predetermined shape and predetermined dimensions, and has a plurality of protrusions 2 formed on a front side. A plurality of anchors 3 for fixing the block to a road surface and the like are protrusively provided in predetermined positions on its back side. The block for guiding the visually impaired person, which is excellent in workability, facilitates re-laying, removal in renewal, and the like.
