STEEL FLOOR PLATE AND REINFORCEMENT METHOD OF STEEL FLOOR PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement method of a steel floor plate or the steel floor plate in which generation of crack due to concentration of stress onto welding part may be prevented while keeping efficiency required in a conventional steel floor plate.SOLUTION: A steel floor plate 100 is composed of a deck plate 101 and a plurality of U-ribs 10 aligned in bridge axis direction L. A splint reinforcement plate 40 comprising a first part 40a is attached on the U-ribs 10 in a state where the U-ribs 10 are separated from the deck plate 101. The U-ribs 10 arranged on backside 101a of the deck plate 101 with a gap having a predetermined length h in bridge axis rectangular direction W are fixed onto the deck plate 101 via the first part 40a with high strength bolts 41 so that the U-ribs 10 and the deck plate 101 are integrated.
【課題】この発明は、従来の鋼床版に求められる性能を保持しながら、溶接部への応力集中による亀裂の発生を防ぐことができる鋼床版の補強工法、あるいは鋼床版を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】デッキプレート101と、複数の橋軸方向LのUリブ10とで構成した鋼床版100において、Uリブ10とデッキプレート101とを分断した上で、Uリブ10に第1部分40aを備えた添接補強板40を取付け、橋軸直角方向Wの所定間隔hを隔ててデッキプレート101の裏面101aに配置したUリブ10を、デッキプレート101に対して、高力ボルト41で第1部分40aを固定して、Uリブ10とデッキプレート101とを一体化した。【選択図】図2
