PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary room capable of being downsized.SOLUTION: In a sanitary room 1, a bathroom 20, a washroom 30 and a toilet 40 are provided inside a unit skeleton 10. The bathroom 20 is provided with a bathtub 21, and a wash stand 31 having a washing faucet 31a is provided in the washroom 30 arranged adjacently to the bathroom 20. The washing faucet 31a also serves as a bathing faucet for use in bathing to dispense with separate installation of the bathing faucet.
【課題】コンパクト化を図ることが可能なサニタリールームを提供する。【解決手段】ユニット躯体１０内に、浴室２０、洗面室３０及びトイレ４０が設けられて構成されるサニタリールーム１であって、浴室２０に浴槽２１が設けられ、浴室２０に隣接するように配置された洗面室３０に、洗面用の水栓３１ａを有する洗面台３１が設けられ、洗面用の水栓３１ａを、入浴する際に使用される入浴用の水栓として兼用することで、入浴用の水栓を別途設ける必要を無くす。【選択図】図６
