PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary room which can secure a space for a caregiver while achieving space saving, and makes a person requiring care who can walk himself/herself easily access a toilet bowl from a door.SOLUTION: A sanitary room 100 comprises a doorway wall 25 having a door 4 and a door frame 41; one sidewall 22; a rear wall 21 opposing the doorway wall 25; an internal corner wall 24 arranged between one sidewall 22 and the rear wall 21; a Western-style toilet bowl 3 whose fore-and-aft direction is inclined to the rear wall 21 and one sidewall 22 in a plane view with the internal corner wall 24 set at a back; and side supports 31 arranged at both sides of the Western-style toilet bowl 3. The side support 31 at one sidewall 22 side is constituted so as to be turnable with respect to a Western-style toilet bowl seating use position a and a handrail exclusive use position b along one sidewall, the door frame 41 is arranged so that one vertical frame 411 adjoins one sidewall 22, and in the door 4, a doorway along one vertical frame 411 of the door frame 41 can be formed.
【課題】省スペースを図りながら、介護者用スペースを確保でき、自力で歩行可能な被介護者がドアから便器に容易にアクセス可能なサニタリールームを提供する。【解決手段】サニタリールーム１００は、ドア４、及びドア枠４１を有する出入口壁２５と、一方の側壁２２と、出入口壁２５に対向する後壁２１と、一方の側壁２２と後壁２１の間に設けられる入隅壁２４と、入隅壁２４を背に平面視で前後方向が後壁２１及び一方の側壁２２に傾斜する洋式便器３と、洋式便器３の両側に設けられたサイドサポート３１とを備える。一方の側壁２２側のサイドサポート３１が洋式便器着座時使用位置ａと一方の側壁に沿う手摺り専用使用位置ｂとに回動可能に構成されており、ドア枠４１は、一方の縦枠４１１が一方の側壁２２に隣接するよう設けられ、ドア４はドア枠４１の一方の縦枠４１１に沿う出入口を形成可能である。【選択図】図１
