WATERPROOF-RUSTPROOF STRUCTURE OF SANDWICH TYPE COMPOSITE FLOOR SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof-rustproof structure of a sandwich type composite floor slab for preventing the deterioration in a sealant and flooding to the floor slab inside, in a joining part between the sandwich type composite floor slab and a main girder.SOLUTION: A sandwich type composite floor slab 21 is formed by using a bottom steel plate 2, a plurality of shape steels arranged in parallel at a required interval on an upper surface of the bottom steel plate 2, and an upper steel plate 1 extended between the adjacent shape steels, and filling concrete 9 in a hollow part formed between the bottom steel plate 2 and the upper steel plate 1. In a joining part between the sandwich type composite floor slab 21 and a main girder 7 for supporting the sandwich type composite floor slab 21 from below, a sealant 5 is provided in the bridge axial direction between the bottom steel plate 2 and an upper flange 7a of the main girder 7, and double anticorrosion coating 5 is applied over an outside surface of the upper flange 7a from an under surface of the bottom steel plate 2 on the outside of the sealant 5. The deterioration in the sealant 5 is prevented by applying the double anticorrosion coating 5, and flooding to the inside concrete 9 from a clearance generated by the deterioration in the sealant 5 is also prevented.
【課題】サンドイッチ型複合床版と主桁との接合部において、シーリング材の劣化や床版内部への浸水を防ぐサンドイッチ型複合床版の防水・防錆構造を提供する。【解決手段】底鋼板2と、底鋼板2の上面に所要間隔で並列に配置した複数本の形鋼と、隣接する形鋼間に架け渡した上鋼板1とで、底鋼板2と上鋼板1との間に形成した中空部にコンクリート9を充填してなるサンドイッチ型複合床版21と、サンドイッチ型複合床版21を下方から支持する主桁7との接合部において、底鋼板2と主桁7の上フランジ7aとの間に橋軸方向にシーリング材5を設け、シーリング材5の外側に、底鋼板2の下面から上フランジ7aの外側面にかけて重防食塗装5を施す。重防食塗装5を施すことによって、シーリング材5の劣化を防ぐとともにシーリング材5の劣化によって生じる隙間から内部のコンクリート9へ浸水するのを防ぐ。【選択図】図2
