CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF WATERPROOF-RUSTPROOF MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a waterproof-rustproof material capable of lengthening the service life of rustproof processing of a reinforced concrete structure, and constructible in a short period.SOLUTION: A construction method of a waterproof-rustproof material of the embodiment removes a deteriorated part 6 from existing concrete 3, and forms a recessed part 5 in the existing concrete 3 so as to expose at least a part of a reinforcement 2, and electrically connects a sacrifice anode material 11 by the reinforcement 2 and a binding wire 15, and fills the recessed part 5 with a cross-sectional repair material 12, and forms a polyurea coating film 13 for covering a boundary between an outer surface 3a of the existing concrete 3 and an outer surface 12a of the cross-sectional repair material 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄筋コンクリート構造物の防錆処理を長寿命化すること、また、短期間で施工することが可能な防水防錆材の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態の防水防錆材の施工方法は、既設コンクリート3から劣化した部分6を除去するとともに鉄筋2の少なくとも一部を露出させるように既設コンクリート3に凹部5を形成し、犠牲陽極材11を鉄筋2と結束ワイヤー15で電気的に接続し、凹部5に断面修復材12を充填し、既設コンクリート3の外表面3aと断面修復材12の外表面12aとの境目を覆うポリウレア塗膜13を形成する。【選択図】図1
