ANTISTATIC COATING FLOOR AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an antistatic coating floor, without leaving a pinhole in an undercoat layer, by easily finding out the pinhole in the undercoat layer.SOLUTION: A construction method of an antistatic coating floor comprises the steps of: applying a conductive undercoat layer while adjusting the inclusion ratio of a black conductive material and a pigment in the conductive undercoat layer and adjusting brightness (an L value) to 30-60 in an upper side surface of the conductive undercoat layer; and applying a conductive finish coat layer after observing a pinhole by visually observing the surface of the applied conductive undercoat layer from above and after filling up the pinhole.
【課題】下塗り層におけるピンホールが見つけ易く、下塗り層中にピンホールを残すことなく帯電防止塗り床を施工できるようにする。【解決手段】導電性下塗り層における黒色導電材と顔料との含有比率を調整して、導電性下塗り層の上側表面における明度(L値)を30〜60に調整して導電性下塗り層を塗工した後、塗工した導電性下塗り層の表面を上方から目視してピンホールを観察し、該ピンホールを埋めた後、導電性上塗り層を塗工することを特徴とする、帯電防止塗り床の施工方法を提案する。【選択図】 なし
