VEHICLE SHELTER FOR TSUNAMI RESCUE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking place for rescue and evacuation from great tsunami that is used as an ordinary parking place at normal times and floats when a great tsunami strikes, without letting vehicles fall from the parking place.SOLUTION: A vehicle shelter for tsunami rescue has a roughly square box-shaped bottom steel plate placed on a ground surface, and styrene foam is filled in the bottom steel plate, and timbers are lined up on the styrene foam for forming a parking floor on which vehicles are parked, and a fully closed-type garage with a roughly barrel-shaped roof and doors for vehicles to come in and go out is configured. Vehicles are fixed on the parking floor with a vehicle locking device, and an outboard motor and a battery are installed inside the garage.
【課題】 平時においては、駐車場として活用することを前提とし、大津波に遭遇した場合でも自動車が駐車場から落ちること無く、駐車場が浮き上がり、大津波にも対応することが出来る大津波救命避難用の駐車場を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 地面に、概ね枡形状をした底部鋼板を置き、底部鋼板の内部に発泡スチロールを設置し、発泡スチロールの上部に自動車を駐車するため木材を並べて駐車場床を構築し、上部に概ね蒲鉾状の形状をして自動車が出入りできる開閉扉付きの全閉式ガレージを構築し、自動車を車両固定装置で駐車場床に固定し、ガレージ内部に船外機とバッテリーを設置した津波救命カーシェルターを提供する。【選択図】図１０
