PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tsunami shelter capable of preventing a house from being flowed away by flood while reducing collision load with rubbles.SOLUTION: At least a part of a house is arranged as a tsunami shelter. The tsunami shelter is fixed by means of a cable tensioned at an angle like a guard wire 57 to thereby reduce the load of earthquake, prevent the house from being flowed away by flood while reducing collision load with rubbles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
