PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flood preventive structure capable of easily making a waterproof plate in a close state, reliably preventing invasion of water from outside, and opening/closing the waterproof plate with less load compared to an erecting/inclining type waterproof plate, only by releasing restraint of the waterproof plate.SOLUTION: A flood preventive structure 1c is provided at the boundary to outside and is provided to a doorway 3 having a floor surface 31 and both side surfaces 32a, 32b. The floor preventive structure 1c includes: a waterproof plate 4b which can turn between an open state of being rotatably fixed to one of the side surfaces 32a and being stores in a pit 34b provided to one of the side surfaces 32a, and a close state of being fixed to one of the side surfaces 32a and abutting against the other side surface 32b and of sealing the doorway 3 between both the side surfaces 32a, 32b; an energizing part to energize the waterproof plate 4b in the direction to make in the close state; and a stopper to restrict the waterproof plate 4b in the open state against the energizing part.
【課題】防水板の拘束を解除するだけで、簡単に防水板を閉状態にすることができ、確実に外部からの水の浸入を防止できるとともに、起倒式の防水板に比べて少ない荷重で開閉することができる浸水防止構造を提供する。【解決手段】浸水防止構造１ｃは、外部との境界に設けられ、且つ、床面３１と両側面３２ａ，３２ｂとを有する出入口３に設けられる浸水防止構造１ｃであって、一方の側面３２ａに回動自在に固定されて、一方の側面３２ａに設けられたピット３４ｂに収納される開状態と、一端が一方に固定され他端が他方の側面３２ｂに当接して、両側面３２ａ，３２ｂの間の出入口３を封鎖する閉状態と、の間で旋回可能な防水板４ｂと、防水板４ｂを閉状態となる方向に付勢する付勢部と、付勢部に抗して、防水板４ｂを開状態に拘束するストッパーと、を備える。【選択図】図１
