PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leadless piezoelectric ceramic composition having high piezoelectric characteristics.SOLUTION: A leadless piezoelectric ceramic composition comprises a main phase formed of a first crystal phase comprising niobium/tantalic acid alkali perovskite oxide with piezoelectric characteristics, and an auxiliary phase comprising a second crystal phase comprising ABOcompound (element A is a univalent element and element B is divalent to hexavalent one or more element). The auxiliary phase fills holes formed between the main phases.
【課題】高い圧電特性を有する無鉛圧電磁器組成物を提供する。【解決手段】無鉛圧電磁器組成物は、圧電特性を有するニオブ/タンタル酸アルカリ系ペロブスカイト酸化物からなる第1結晶相で形成された主相と、A2B6O13系化合物(元素Aは1価の元素、元素Bは2〜6価の一種以上の元素)からなる第2結晶相を含む副相と、を含む。前記副相は、前記主相の間に形成される空孔を充填する。【選択図】図3A
