LEADLESS PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION, PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENT AND APPARATUS UTILIZING THE SAME
To provide a leadless piezoelectric ceramic composition having good piezoelectric characteristics and a piezoelectric element using the same, and further an apparatus utilizing the piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: A leadless piezoelectric ceramic composition of this invention includes mainly a first crystal phase and second crystal phase, wherein the first crystal phase is a main phase and is constituted by an alkali niobate-based perovskite oxide which is represented by a composition formula of (KNaLiM1)(M2M3)O, and the second crystal phase is an auxiliary phase, dispersedly arranged in a scattered dot-like pattern in the main phase, is constituted by a spinel compound which is represented by a composition formula of (M4,Ti)O, has the first crystal phase included dispersedly therein and has an average particle diameter of D≥20 μm. The leadless piezoelectric ceramic composition has a porosity of 0.1% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
