JUNCTION METHOD FOR LAMINATE PANEL AND JUNCTION STRUCTURE FOR LAMINATE PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction method for a laminate panel such that a junction part is never a weak part.SOLUTION: There is provided a junction method for a laminate panel that includes the processes of: making junction-side end faces of lower layer boards to which first sheets 51 are bonded abut on each other by using the laminate panel 2 which has the lower layer boards 3 and fiber sheets (51, 52) projected more than upper layer boards 4; bonding a junction sheet 6 over the adjacent first sheets; bonding free parts 521, 521 of second sheets 52, 52, extending from inside the laminate panel, alternately one over the other; boding an upper sheet 9 having low tensile strength over those fiber sheets for covering between upper layer plate-like materials; and bonding a joint board 7 shaped to be fitted between the upper layer boards over the upper sheet.
【課題】接合部が弱部とならないような積層パネルの接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】上層ボード4よりも下層ボード3及び繊維シート(51,52)の方が張り出した状態の積層パネル2を使って、第1シート51が接着された下層ボードの接合側端面どうしを突き合わせる工程と、隣接する第1シートに跨るように接合シート6を接着する工程と、接合シートの上に積層パネルの内部から延びる第2シート52,52の自由部521,521を交互に重ねて接着する工程と、それらの繊維シートの上に上層の板状材間を覆うように引張強度の弱い上シート9を重ねて接着する工程と、上層ボード間に嵌る形状の接合ボード7を上シートの上に接着する工程とを備えた、積層パネルの接合方法である。【選択図】図1
