PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parting edge material that does not have to be detached from a wall surface or a ceiling, when the wall surface or the ceiling is re-covered with a cloth.SOLUTION: A parting edge material 1 of the present invention, which conceals an end of a cloth stuck on a wall surface Aor a ceiling A, includes a base part 10 that is fixed to the wall surface Aor the ceiling A, and a cover part 20 for concealing the end of the cloth. The cover part 20 is connected to the base part 10 by a flexible hinge part 30, and engaged with the base part 10 in such a manner as to be disengaged by displacing the hinge part 30 to deform it.
