To provide a parting decorative material allowing improvement of maintainability while assuring waterproofness.SOLUTION: A parting decorative material 1 is arranged on a mating part between an outer wall surface 21 of a protruded section 2 formed on an upper floor by protruding to an outdoor side further than an outer wall of a lower floor and an outdoor ceiling surface 22 formed on a lower surface of the protruded section 2, the parting decorative material 1 being provided with: an upper side member 8, whose upper end abuts a lower end of an outer wall substrate plate 4 placed on an indoor side of an outer wall panel 6, and a surface of the outdoor side of a lower end part of a waterproof sheet 5 attached on a front surface of the outer wall substrate plate 4 is attached to be fixed on a flame 3 forming the protruded part 2; and a lower side member 9 having a fixing part 91 detachably fixed on the upper side member 8 by abutment and a decorative edge part 93 protruding to the outdoor side further than the outer wall panel 6 with a ventilation gap 14 below a lower end of the outer wall panel 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
