PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structures of walls, floors or ceilings of a building capable of realizing a cooling or heating operation friendly to a body of user under utilization of Peltier element.SOLUTION: Structures of walls, floors or ceilings of a building comprise the first plate, the second plate arranged at a more inside part than the first plate in opposition to the first plate and having an opening part, the third plate arranged at more inside than the second plate and oppositely arranged against the second plate, a Peltier element arranged at the opening part of the second plate, connected to a power supply and arranged to perform a thermal transfer in a thickness direction of the second plate and a heat storage member arranged between the second plate and the third plate.
【課題】ペルチェ素子を利用して、利用者の身体に優しい冷暖房を実現可能な建物の壁、床又は天井の構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物の壁、床又は天井の構造が、第１の板と、第１の板より屋内側に、第１の板に対向して配置され、且つ、開口部を有する第２の板と、第２の板より屋内側に、第２の板に対向して配置された第３の板と、第２の板の開口部に配置され、且つ、電源に接続されることにより第２の板の厚さ方向に熱移動するように配置されたペルチェ素子と、第２の板と第３の板との間に配置された蓄熱部材と、を具備する。【選択図】図３
