VERTICAL STRING MATERIAL FOR SPIRAL STAIRWAY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical string material used in constructing a spiral stairway in which component materials can be entirely provided with precut materials, and by which the spiral stairway can be constructed extremely efficiently and in a short time.SOLUTION: A vertical string material comprises a lower member 7a and an upper member. The lower member 7a includes: a front side-surface 11 to be arranged on a spiral foot-board side of a lower stage; a rear side-surface 12 to be arranged on a wall surface side; a lower stage side-surface 13 to be arranged on an inner lower straight side-board side; an upper stage side-surface upper-half part 14 and an upper stage side-surface lower-half part 15 which are positioned opposite to the lower stage side-surface 13; a top end surface 16; and a bottom surface 17. In the lower member 7a, a width of the upper-half part is set larger than a width of the lower-half part, the upper stage side-surface upper-half part 14 is parallel to the lower stage side-surface 13, the upper stage side-surface lower-half part 15 is inclined at a predetermined angle to the lower stage side-surface 13, a notch 19 is formed between the upper stage side-surface upper-half part 14 and the upper stage side-surface lower-half part 15, and a notch 20 is formed at a corner part formed between the upper stage side-surface upper-half part 14 and the top end surface 16.
【課題】廻り階段の施工に際し、構成材料として、すべてプレカット材を使用することができ、極めて効率よく、短時間で廻り階段を施工することができる廻り階段用縦ささら材を提供する。【解決手段】下側部材７ａと上側部材とによって構成され、下側部材７ａは、下段の廻り段板側となる表側面１１と、壁面側となる裏側面１２と、内下側直側板側となる下階側面１３と、その反対側の上階側面上半部１４及び上階側面下半部１５と、天端面１６と、底面１７とを有し、上半部の横幅が下半部の横幅よりも大きく設定され、上階側面上半部１４が下階側面１３に対し平行であり、上階側面下半部１５が下階側面１３に対して所定角度で傾斜し、上階側面上半部１４と上階側面下半部１５との間に切欠１９が形成され、上階側面上半部１４と天端面１６との角部に切欠２０が形成されている。【選択図】図２
