LOW REFLECTION MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low reflection member capable of enhancing the exposure accuracy by suppressing reflection of light.SOLUTION: A low reflection member is composed of ceramics having a lightness index of 45 or less, in which an oxide-based compound has a highest peak in an X-ray diffraction chart, and the refractive index of a compound is 1.72 or less. The inventive low reflection member satisfying such a constitution has a low reflectance, and thereby can enhance exposure accuracy. If the refractive index of a compound is 1.65 or less, and the specific gravity is 2.90 or more, exposure accuracy can be enhanced, and mechanical strength not causing chipping or wear is ensured.
【課題】 光の反射を抑制して露光精度を向上させることができる低反射部材を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の低反射部材は、明度指数が45以下であり、Ｘ線回折チャートにおいて酸化物系の化合物が最も高いピークを示すセラミックスからなり、化合物の屈折率が1.72以下である。このような構成を満たす本発明の低反射部材は、反射率が低いため露光精度を向上させることができる。また、化合物の屈折率が1.65以下であり、比重が2.90以上であれば、露光精度を向上させることができるとともに、接触等によって欠けたり磨耗したりすることの少ない機械的強度を有するものとなる。【選択図】 なし
