POLYOL-CONTAINING COMPOSITION AND CEMENT COMPOSITION FOR FORMATION OF FLOOR COATING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol-containing composition which enables formation of a floor coating having sufficient glossiness and is excellent in workability in forming a coating film and a cement composition for formation of a floor coating.SOLUTION: A polyol-containing composition is used as a cement composition for formation of a floor coating which is used to form a coating film on a surface to be provided with a floor coating by mixing with an isocyanate compound and hydraulic cement and comprises a hydrophobic polyol, water, a water-soluble compound having a difunctional or higher hydroxy group and a plasticizer having an aromatic skeleton or a phosphorus atom, and the water-soluble compound has a molecular weight of smaller than 400 and a solubility in water at 20°C of 0.5 g/mL or higher.
【課題】十分な光沢を有する塗床を形成することができるとともに、塗膜を形成する際の作業性に優れるポリオール含有組成物及び塗床形成用セメント組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のポリオール含有組成物は、イソシアネート化合物及び水硬性セメントと共に混合されることにより、被塗床形成面に塗床を形成するための塗床形成用セメント組成物として使用される塗床形成用の組成物であって、疎水性ポリオールと、水と、２官能以上の水酸基を有する水溶性化合物と、芳香族骨格又はリン原子を有する可塑剤と、を含有しており、水溶性化合物の分子量は４００未満であり、水溶性化合物の水への溶解度（２０℃）は０．５ｇ／ｍＬ以上である。【選択図】なし
