To provide a cement composition and a polyol composition for formation of coating floors, which has high hardness and is suitable for formation of a setting membrane excellent in weather resistance (yellow discoloration suppressibility).SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a cement composition for formation of coating floors in order to form the coating floors on coated floor surfaces, which contains (A) polyol insoluble to water, (B) polyol soluble to water, (C) polyisocyanate, (D) hydraulic cement, and (E) water. The polyol (A) contains a compound with an ester bond, the polyol (B) contains a compound with three or more hydroxy groups, and the polyisocyanate (C) contains an aliphatic compound with effective NCO% of 18% or more determined by the following formula.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高硬度であり、耐候性（黄変抑制性）に優れた硬化皮膜の形成に好適な塗床形成用セメント組成物及びポリオール組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、被塗床面に塗床を形成するための塗床形成用セメント組成物であって、（Ａ）水に不溶なポリオール、（Ｂ）水に可溶なポリオール、（Ｃ）ポリイソシアネート、（Ｄ）水硬性セメント、及び、（Ｅ）水を含有し、ポリオール（Ａ）は、エステル結合を有する化合物を含み、ポリオール（Ｂ）は、３以上のヒドロキシ基を有する化合物を含み、ポリイソシアネート（Ｃ）は、下記計算式により求められる有効ＮＣＯ％が１８％以上の脂肪族化合物を含む。【数１】【選択図】なし
