POLYOL COMPOSITION AND COATING-FLOOR-FORMING CEMENT COMPOSITION
To provide a polyol composition that is used with polyisocyanate, hydraulic cement and water, in which the above materials are easy to be uniformly dispersed by blending operation at construction site or the like, and that has adequately long usable life, excellent in construction workability, and feeds a coating-floor-forming cement composition that is suitable for forming a coating film that becomes tack-free after a lapse of two hours or more since finishing the construction.SOLUTION: A polyol composition according to the present invention is used for producing a coating-floor-forming cement composition that is blended together with polyisocyanate and hydraulic cement to form a coating floor on a coated floor surface, and includes polyol (A) that is insoluble to water and contains nitrogen atom. This polyol (A) is preferably (A1) an alkylene oxide addition of (poly)amine, or (A2) a transesterification product of an alkylene oxide addition of (poly)amine and polyester polyol.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ポリイソシアネート、水硬性セメント及び水と併用するポリオール組成物であって、施工現場等における混合操作によりこれらを均一に分散させやすく、可使時間が適度に長く施工作業性に優れ、更には、施工後、２時間以上経過してタックフリーとなる皮膜の形成に好適な塗床形成用セメント組成物を与えるポリオール組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のポリオール組成物は、ポリイソシアネート及び水硬性セメントとともに混合され、被塗床面に塗床を形成するための塗床形成用セメント組成物の製造に用いられるものであって、（Ａ）水に不溶であり、窒素原子を含むポリオールを含有することを特徴とする。このポリオール（Ａ）は、好ましくは、（Ａ１）（ポリ）アミンのアルキレンオキサイド付加物、又は、（Ａ２）（ポリ）アミンのアルキレンオキサイド付加物と、ポリエステルポリオールとのエステル交換物である。【選択図】なし
