PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet fall prevention device capable of reducing manufacturing man-hours while suitably preventing the generation of rust when manufacturing a pallet receiving lever.SOLUTION: The pallet fall prevention device 10 includes: a fitting body 11 fixed to the beam of a multistory parking facility; and a pallet receiving lever 12 which is pivoted on the fitting body 11 for rotation to prevent the pallet from falling by projecting from the fitting body 11 with the rotation. The pallet receiving lever 12 is constituted to include: a plurality of fall prevention plates 65; hole parts which are respectively formed on the tip side from a part pivotally supported on each of the fall prevention plates 65 and which penetrate in the same axial direction when lining each of the fall prevention plates 65 in a thickness direction; and a caulking pin 66 which is inserted into each of the hole parts in a state that each of the fall prevention plates 65 is lined in a thickness direction and which connects each of the fall prevention plates 65 with each other so as to prevent each of the fall prevention plates 65 from moving to the thickness direction of each of the fall prevention plates 65.
【課題】パレット受けレバーを製造するに際し、錆の発生を好適に防止しながら製造工数の低減を図ることができるパレット落下防止装置を提供する。【解決手段】パレット落下防止装置10は、立体駐車設備の梁に対して取り付けられる取付本体11と、取付本体11に回動可能に軸支され、その回動により取付本体11から突出しパレットの落下を防止するパレット受けレバー12とを備える。パレット受けレバー12は、複数の落下防止板65と、各落下防止板65において軸支される箇所よりも先端側にそれぞれ形成され、各落下防止板65を厚み方向に並べた場合に同一軸線方向に貫通する孔部と、各落下防止板65を厚み方向に並べた状態で、各孔部に挿通され、各落下防止板65の厚み方向への移動を阻止するように各落下防止板65を互いに結合するかしめピン66とを含んで構成されている。【選択図】 図2
