PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary tool allowing information to be easily and safely read or written to an IC tag using a reader/writer.SOLUTION: An auxiliary tool 1 includes: a metal bar 2 (propagating means) that is used together with a reader/writer 6 capable of reading or writing information to an IC tag and can propagate a radiated electric wave from the reader/writer 6; a booster unit 3 (resonance promoting means) capable of promoting the resonance in the polarization direction of the IC tag on the basis of the electric wave propagated by the metal bar 2; and a buffer member 11 (buffer means) that is integrated with the booster unit 3 and has a certain thickness.
【課題】ＩＣタグに対してリーダ／ライタを用いて安全かつ容易に情報の読み書きをすることができる補助器具を提供する。【解決手段】ＩＣタグに対して情報を読み書きすることができるリーダ／ライタ６と共に用いられ、リーダ／ライタ６からの放射電波を伝播させることができる金属棒２（伝播手段）と、金属棒２によって伝播されてきた電波に基づいて、ＩＣタグの偏波方向の共振を助長させることができるブースタ部３（共振助長手段）と、ブースタ部３と一体化され、一定の厚みを有する緩衝部材１１（緩衝手段）とを有する補助器具１とする。【選択図】図１
