PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of the pile in raw yarn for flat yarn-made artificial turf pile.SOLUTION: A film extended in the yarn width direction and made of a thermoplastic resin consists of slit flat yarn so that the thermoplastic resin is oriented molecularly in the surface direction including the lengthwise direction and the yarn width direction.
【課題】フラットヤーン製の人工芝パイル用原糸において、パイルの耐久性を向上させることを目的とする。【解決手段】少なくとも糸幅方向に延伸した熱可塑性樹脂からなるフィルムを長さ方向にフィルムをスリットしたフラットヤーンとし、長さ方向及び糸幅方向を含む面方向に熱可塑性樹脂が分子配向した人工芝パイル用原糸にすることによって、解決する。【選択図】なし
