The artificial turf pile yarn according to one embodiment of the present invention includes steps of: preparing a mixed resin by mixing a first linear low density polyethylene resin containing 1 to 5 long chain branches per 1,000 carbons in a main chain with a second linear low density polyethylene resin containing 10 to 50 short chain branches per 1,000 carbons in the main chain; manufacturing a monofilament by extruding the mixed resin; and stretching the prepared monofilament.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인조잔디 파일사는, 주사슬 1,000 탄소당 1~5 개의 장쇄분지(Long chain branch)를 포함하는 제1 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌(Linear Low Density Polyethylene) 수지와 주사슬 1,000 탄소당 10~50 개의 단쇄분지(Short chain branch)를 포함하는 제2 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌(Linear Low Density Polyethylene) 수지를 혼합하여 혼합수지를 제조하는 단계; 상기 혼합수지를 압출하여 모노필라멘트를 제조하는 단계; 그리고 상기 제조된 모노필라멘트를 연신하는 단계를 포함한다.
